During my internship at BlackBerry, I had the exciting opportunity to work with the BlackBerry IVY Platform Preview, aimed at enhancing the developer experience on the IVY Platform. My role primarily focused on UX research and analysis, where I created detailed user journeys, formulated comprehensive survey and interview questions, conducted insightful user interviews, and prioritized findings to drive meaningful product improvements.

By identifying key pain points related to documentation through testing, I advocated for changes and collaborated closely with the documentation team. I created visuals that clarified the platform architecture, helping to unblock developers during their onboarding process. This initiative led to an increase in CSAT scores in the subsequent round of testing—an achievement that was particularly rewarding as it showcased the tangible impact of my contributions.

Being my first in-person internship, I thoroughly enjoyed learning about office life and building deeper connections with my colleagues. The experience was both fun and enriching, providing me with valuable insights and skills that I look forward to carrying forward in my career!
